A00 warns that there is no communication between the Display board and the I/O board.
As a consequence, the unit stops all functions and displays the message.
This message requires the intervention of an authorized technician; causes of the fault must be investigated as per prescriptions.
Description
The display receives power from the serial cable which also transmits the data. There are 2 possible scenarios, so either we are in the presence of a bad electrical connection or the Firmware of the I/O board and the software of the Display board are not aligned.
Checks
To restore operation, check:
- Insertion of the serial cable on both boards.
- Software version, update SW + FW
- Try replacing the cable
- Try replacing the I/O board
- Replace the DisplayA00 warns that there is no communication between the Display and the I/O card.
