SET MODEL

From this mask you can access the main settings of the unit.

Accessing to this mask will cause an update to all setting parameter.

A.FAMILY identify the type of unit; alternatives are Side and Pastry

B.POWER identify the kind of heating; alternatives are Electric or Gas

C.BOILER identify the presence of the Boiler (MIX for Direct steam)

D.TRAY identify the model of unit, the alternatives are 061, 062, 101, 102, 201, 202, 161-06 or 161-10

E.S/N identify the serial number, composed of LA020 followed by 6 numeric digits. System necessarily require it.

F.WASH identify the presence of the washing system; 2020

G.CALOUT allow to disable the Calout program on boiler units (here missing)

H.GASTYPE identify the gas type for which must be settled the burners G20, G25 G30/1

I.AC TYPE identifies the power supply

J.GRILL identifies the presence of the Pollogrill with fat drain system; Y present, N not present

K.DEMO identifies the activation of the demonstration mode; Y demo mode, N standard mode

From this mask you can access the main settings of the unit.

Accessing to this mask, modifying values and saving will cause an update to all parameters values.

Warning: to store the changes made you must save with the SAVE button; back arrow will not save settings

Warning: if after a SW update you want to be sure about achieving all new settings related to the new version is suggested to access to this mask, change the model, save, and settle back the original model.

TEST I/O – OPERATIONAL TESTS

Warning: You can only activate one output at a time and only if the door is closed (consider contact B3 on the operator panel).

From this mask it is possible to check all the inputs and outputs of the I/O board.

Selecting the relay and confirming Start the box lights up and the relay is activated; to deactivate the relay you need to press Start again. Once activated, after a few seconds, the relay is automatically deactivated for safety reasons

Warning: For the test of the burners, it is possible to carry out the test with the door open by pressing the Humidity button

Boiler

From this mask you can access the functions of the boiler

A) Start a Calout even if the system does not request it. Attention: it is also possible to start the cycle with Calout disabled but this will not reactivate the function.

B) Perform the Descaling of the boiler with a guided program (it reactivates the Calout function if it was disabled)

C) Perform a Boiler rinse with a discharge and complete filling.

D) Perform the Boiler emptying in case of maintenance or to prepare the appliance for a long stop.

Burner management

From this mask you can select which burner to check; selecting a specific burner you access the mask to verify the operation of the selected burner.

By selecting a specific burner (chamber 1 burner, boiler 1, chamber 2 and boiler 3) you access the mask to check the operation of the selected burner.

From this screen, the combustion checks of the individual burners are carried out and it is possible to modify the individual speeds of each burner with respect to the standard values

From this screen, the combustion checks of the individual burners are carried out and it is possible to modify the individual speeds of each burner with respect to the standard values.

A) The Start button, if selected, starts the burner that passes through the ignition speed (IGN) then switches to the minimum speed (MIN) and then to the maximum (MAX).

B) When starting the burner, the time display shows the current speed of the blower and: with the dot on the right displays the start of the ignition sequence; with the central dot the flame recognition and the minimum speed; with the dot on the left the maximum speed

C) For each burner, by sliding with the knob, you can select one of the three speeds (pressing) and change it by acting on the knob.

From this mask it is advisable to make.

-  measurements of static and dynamic pressure

-  test the system on to check for bad ignitions if there are frequent A21-3-5-7s (turn off the other speeds   and start and stop the burner)

-  check the stability of the blower turns in case of frequent A20-2-4-6 (turn off and activate the minimum and maximum speed alternately)

For the combustion test, start the burner at the maximum speed and then, after placing the probe, verify that the combustion values are adequate to those indicated in the related chapter. Is possible to slightly adjust the speed to improve the values in the range suggested by the technical gas booklet

Counters

In this form it is possible to view the activation and use times of all the various functions.

From this mask it is possible to analyze the type of use and the frequency of washing.

PROBES - DIAGNOSTICS

From this mask you can see the temperatures detected by the probes.

The values of the probes must be consistent, with a value such as that shown in figure; ERR corresponds to an absent or interrupted probe.

The I/O board temperature is detected by a probe soldered directly onto the board and is responsible for alarms A07 and A08.

The core probe (Needle) contains 4 probes plus a cold junction which acts as a reference. If more than one probe in the needle is faulty, an alarm A13 is generated.

TEST INVERTER

Warning: Always save the changes so that they are transmitted to the inverter and are not lost

From this mask it is possible to settle and test the inverter.

A) View the oven model set

B) SPEED1 View and change fan speed 6 (maximum).

C) SPEED2 View and change fan speed 5.

D) SPEED3 View and change fan speed 4.

E) SPEED4 View and change fan speed 3.

F) SPEED5 View and change fan speed 2.

G) SPEED6 View and change fan speed 1 (minimum).

H) THERMAL determines the presence or absence of the thermal in the motor (Y / N)
