A01 Fan safety alarm worn that the safety switch into the motor open and inlet 25 of I/O PCB do not detect power line. As consequence unit stops immediately heating and active functions and show mentioned message.
This message requires the intervention of an authorized technician; causes of the fault must be investigated as per prescriptions.
Description
Since 04/2019 fan motor has internally a thermic switch that has to open when exceeding 150°C/ 302°F.
Motor overheating can generate critical issues; when contact cool down it closes but P377=1 blocks the unit.
Reset
To reset the message proceed as following:
A) Enter service level
B) Enter Prameters menu
C) Settle P377=0 and save
D) Exit from service level.
E) Check if unit works properly and investigate on reason of intervention.
Checks
Perform following checks:
- Check motor and bearings
- Check C6 contacts
- Check proper installation (no heat sources and space for cooling air flow) and cooling fans - Check P301 <04/2019=0 >04/2019=5 - Change the motor if protection stay open or if exists a mechanical issue.
