Identification of the components
The door has a rotation coupling system and houses the display.
The door has an external glass and an internal one that can be opened for cleaning.
The door can be hinged on the left (standard) or on the right.
The display is mounted on the door and protected by the internal door glass, by the right hinge and by an internal deflector which facilitates ventilation for cooling the display.
The handle has a new twist-lock mechanism.
The door must be approached with the handle rotated 90° and then rotated to hook and lock the door.
There are 2 mechanisms, one for the standard door and one for the one hinged on the right.
The speaker similar to that of the Naboo is driven by the display.
The display cooling fan is powered by the base board.
The USB port allows you to upload and download data from the display.
The tank holder houses the detergent tank for washing
POWER SUPPLY
Main terminal block
The Icon project was conceived for a product that was easy to configure, even aftermarket, in order to satisfy the requests of distributors and customers. The electrical units are equipped with a configurable terminal block to adapt the type of power supply.
Standard power supply is 3AC 400V + N + PE; in this configuration all filters must be connected
It is possible to switch to 3AC 230V + PE by moving the jumpers as shown in the figure and removing the FL2 filter
Only for model 051, single-phase power supply 1AC 230V + N + PE is possible by moving the jumpers and removing two filters. Attention: the filters are disconnected during production.
CONTROL COMPONENTS
T1 power supply
All units are equipped with a power supply that converts the 230Vac supply voltage into 15Vdc to power the control board and internal lighting.
The power supply has
- Two inputs 0V and 230Vac - Two outputs: 0V and 15Vdc
- The power supply output is connected to I/O board inputs I17 and I18.
Attention: since the internal capacitors remain charged for a few minutes, the power supply should not be touched and the outputs should not be short-circuited.
Door contact B3
Door contact B3 is a NO contact located on the front panel which is activated by closing the door
Door control is managed by the digital input on control board I15-16
Chamber safety thermostat F2
Each appliance is equipped with an F2 safety thermostat, which protects the chamber from overtemperatures and which, if activated, interrupts the voltage to the power supply section of the I24 and I37 base board, thus inhibiting the operation of the appliance with the exception of the display of the message of error A02.The F2 reset button is located on the back just above the motor relays.
The working range of F2 is between 5°C and 335°C.
This means that the system is protected from temperatures that are too high but also too low to prevent any leaks from cracked water pipes from the frozen water.
Thermal board card
The display board, installed on the door, must not exceed 60°C; the thermal TP board is a clickson (I13 and I14) which intervenes when the maximum temperature is exceeded and generates the A14 message, deactivating the appliance.

Door ventilation is guaranteed by special ventilation grills and the M3 fan installed at the base of the door. The fan is powered by the BUZ output I/O board
Fuses
All devices are protected by fuses; depending on the model, type of power supply, options and markets there may be different fuses
Pressure switches
Pressure switches PA
The appliances without boiler are equipped with a PA water pressure switch installed on the body of the solenoid valve in parallel to the S1
If the PA water pressure switch trips, the contact on the digital inputs I11–I12 of the control board will open and the message A04 will appear on the display. Steam or combined cooking is interrupted until the inlet pressure is restored.
The intervention limit of the PA pressure switch is 50 KPa (0.5 Bar), below which the contact opens; the contact closes automatically when the pressure exceeds this limit
Temperature probes
The temperature probes used are of the K type, i.e. probes that generate a direct voltage (mV), which constantly varies based on the temperature as per the table
The component used, LAR65320220, is the same for all probes, therefore it is a strictly recommended replacement.
Attention: temperature probes generate direct voltage and are therefore polarised. It is therefore necessary to respect the polarity when making the connection to avoid unexpected behavior
SC temperature probe
The SC probe measures the temperature in the cooking chamber and is positioned near the heating elements to measure the temperature of the air flow directed towards the product.
The SC probe is essential in all forms of cooking and in the event of a fault it makes the appliance unusable
SD condensation probe
The SD probe measures the temperature in the exhaust
During steam and combined cooking, the system regulates the production of steam which is interrupted when the maximum saturation or humidity level set in the cooking chamber is reached.
During operation, if the temperature on SD reaches the limit value, the water supply S1 is stopped. When the temperature drops below the set value, the water injection is reactivated again.
Climate Control
The humidity produced by all types of cooking (steam, combined and convection) generates steam which expands and reaches the environment through the exhaust. The temperature evaluation with SD allows you to calculate the humidity inside the chamber.
If the humidity exceeds the set value, the unit activates V2 to eliminate excess humidity.
Attention: the drain must be opened with an air blast to allow correct humidity calculation and to avoid damage to the appliance
Lighting
The room is equipped with efficient lighting managed by a LED system installed on the door behind the internal glass
The room lighting is guaranteed by a 24Vdc LED lighting system.
Power is supplied by the board via a self-protected power supply; in case of inconsistent lighting, inspect the wiring to the LED looking for a short circuit to ground.
Attention: The LED is protected from heat by the internal glass of the door. Never use the unit without the internal glass.
