A80 Cabinet thermostat alarm warn that cabinet safety thermostat switched. As consequence any function will be disabled and the message shown.
This message do not necessarily require the intervention of a technician.
Description
Cabinet safety thermostat switch if temperature exceed 150°C/302°F.
Thermostat is installed at input 57 and 58 of the main board; in case of continuity interruption on them display will show this error.
Reset
The alarm automatically resets when the temperature returns within the range.
Checks Perform following checks:
- Check the heating elements and its relay functionality
- Verify that evaporator fan really spins properly
- Check thermostat continuity in the temperature range
- Eventually check the main board
