A06 Gas shortage alarm warn that gas is not detected; as consequence unit stops temporary burners, cooking and show the message.
This message does not necessarily require the intervention of a technician; the causes of the failure can be external.
Description
The gas pressure switch PG prevents activation of the burners in case of inadequate pressure in the system. In case of activation, the combustion may be inadequate and cause damage to things and people.
Warning
Always check static and dynamic pressure to the valve inlet; dynamic pressure has to be G20>16mbar G30>25 mbar
Reset
Message reset automatically when pressure rise. In case of defective PG possible to shorcircuit, temporary, input 13 – 14 on I/O PCB
Checks
Perform following checks:
- Check the gas tap opening
- Check proper gas pressure.
- Check proper setting of pressure switch. If necessary set it or if defective change it.
