      Neo24hours - How do you solve the error message A110?

      A110 Door open alarm occurs if the door is open during the cooling phase.

      This message does not necessarily require the intervention of a technician.

      Description

      Door open alarm during the cooling cycle.

      Reset

      Set date and time from the Customer Setting menu.

      Checks

      Perform following checks:

      • Check that the door is really closed
      • Check door alignment -
      • Check P12 (polarity)
      • Check door micro switch position / operation
      • Check board
