Naboo - Panels

Front Panel

To open the front panel, a 5 mm hex key is needed; remove the small plug and insert the key in the hole above the front panel, insert it into the panel fixing screw and, exerting pressure, begin to unscrew, counter-clockwise direction, until the panel is released

While unscrewing press the screw down, tap the tool if needed

The operator panel houses the printed circuit boards, fuses and thermal cut-offs of the appliance

Operator Panel

Once the panel is released, make it rotate to the right, on the supporting hinges.

To close the panel, perform the previous steps in reverse.

Warning: always refit the panel plug to prevent water or other materials from infiltrating the panel, thus damaging the printed circuit board and other electronic parts

Bottom side panel

The appliance is fitted with two filler panels, one on each side, which extend the side panels up to the support surface

On the front side, the panel is connected by two teeth to the front structure, while the rear is connected to the foot by a magnet.

To remove the panel, release it from the back and pull it out from the front structure.

To remount it, perform the previous steps in reverse (the right and left panel are interchangeable).

Side Panel

To remove the right-hand side panel, an 8mm socket is needed; to access the panel, remove the bottom side panel first, which covers the 2 fixing screws

Loosen the two screws

then pull the bottom side outwards, making the panel slide toward the bottom to then extract it from the upper seat.

On floor units there are 2 additional screws in the middle of the panel

The electrical compartment, which houses the main parts, is found behind the right-hand side panel

Warning: the electrical compartment contains accessible live parts: disconnect the appliance from the power supply before proceeding

Pumps

By removing the support for the detergent tank you have access to the bottom; unscrew the 2 screws holding the door and lower it to access the wash pumps.

In a similar way, by extracting the support of the CalFree tank it is possible to access the door of the CalOut pump fixed by a single screw.

Below the unit, above the tanks, there are the washing system and CalOut pumps.

Warning: pants contain corrosiv liquids; let’s sucking water from a container to eliminate the risk of burns
