This optional, available only for electric units, introduce an interface (terminal strip) to connect the unit to an externa system for power optimisation
The external system can read request of heating from our appliance (signals 230VAC) and confirm the power activations closing a contact (external relay) to authorize/unauthorize the heating.
The unit will arrive with terminals 4–5, 6–7 and 8 – 9 shorted with a jumper replace the jumper with an external contact controlled by the power optimizer

NPK EXTRACTION HOOD CONNECTION
This optional, available only for electric units, introduce an interface (terminal strip) to connect the unit to a Lainox hood
This optional, available only for electric units, introduce an interface (terminal strip) to connect the LAINOX extraction hood BKCXXX and activate/deactivate automatically the hood when unit is in stand by and increase the sucking power when door is open.
The hood will switch on when starting the first recipe/cooking and will stay on when unit is on. When unit will be powered off the hood will continue to work for a while as it happens for cooling fans
CDSX CHEMICAL DETECTION SYSTEM
This optional, available for standard units CDSV and for units with boiler CDSS, introduce an interface to detect the lack of chemicals during the washing and/or CalOut cycles and is integrated to those systems
The FS1 (FS2) flow meter in the suction line from the tank to the pump is monitored by the CDS Expansion.
When the pump is powered and the CDS expansion does not detect a certain number of pulses/minute an alarm is generated and will interrupt the cycle by displaying a message warning of the lack of product or a problem on the suction circuit
LONG LIFE GASKET SYSTEM
This optional, available only for floor units, is basically a system to lock in position the trolley and use an electromagnet and a special magnetic plate installed on the front of the trolley
The system is controlled by two microswitches.
MP is a IP68 microswitch that detect the door opening higher than 100° when the door is open the electromagnet will release the trolley.
When the trolley is fully inserted the microswitch MC will activate the electromagnet keeping it active till the door B3 is open.
