Sapiens - How to solve error message “A13 Core probe error“?

A13 Core probe error warns about a malfunction to the core probe.
As consequence unit inhibits cooking with core probe and show the message.

This message does not necessarily require the intervention of a technician; connect / exchange the core probe.

Check if core probe properly connected; if not insert properly the plug.
One or more points are defective in the core probe.

Error reset automatically when probe is properly connected.

Perform following checks:

Proper connection of core probe plug.
Check probes from service level / diagnostic if one or more point seems defective change core probe.
Check if male and female plugs can generate bad contact.
