A24 Burner alarm cabinet 2 warns about a wrong/missing RPM signal from cabinet 2 blower. As consequence unit stops the burner function and related cooking.
This message requires the intervention of an authorized technician; causes of the fault must be investigated as per prescriptions.
Description
The blower is driven by the frequency signal generated by the gas plug-in; if, within a time window, this signal is not corresponding with frequency signal generated by the blower the message appears.
Reset
Error reset with a long press on the top bar of error message window.
Checks
Perform following checks:
- Check basic conditions.
- Check constant power supply to the blower (230V)
- Check proper connection between blower and plug in.
- Check proper insertion of Gas Plug-In gas sulla PCB I/O
- Check from service level – burner management – burner cabinet 2:
- If blower spin and if not exchange it
- If RPM settled have corrispondence ti gas tables
- If blower spin but do not reach settled RPM, check blower, power supply during spinning and in case exchange it.
- If there is dust or somesing capable to block/slowdown the system.
- If after changing the blower issue will stay change the gas plug-in.
- If all checks are positive (1-5) and replacement step 6 do not solve, change I/O PCB and configure the system.
