AIR INTAKE

The components and cooking cabinet dissipate a al lot of energy in the form of heat; the components, especially the electronic ones, work properly only within a limited temperature range

There is an air inlet in the bottom left side with a fan which suck in fresh air and a plastic cover in the back whit an additional fan which blow out the hot air

Warning: do not install hot appliances or steam sources on the left side of the unit to avoid sucking in hot wet air
