      PUFF Models

       

      Oven identification

      All appliances are identified by an identification plate applied to the right side of the operator panel

      The plate attached to the left side frame shows all the characteristic data of the device including the model and the power supply.

       

      Model identification

      The unit is identifiable through a model identification code and a serial number.

      The model identification code consists of 8 digits with the following rules.
