# Neo24hours - Come risolvere il messaggio di errore A100?

A100 L'allarme termico compressore segnala l'intervento della protezione termica del compressore.

**Questo messaggio richiede necessariamente l'intervento di un tecnico.** 

#### Descrizione

Appare solo sui modelli trifase: è causato dall'intervento della protezione magnetotermica Y1.

#### Ripristino

È necessario riarmare manualmente la sicurezza intervenuta.

#### Controlli

L'interruttore Y1 può intervenire se l'assorbimento del compressore è troppo elevato controllare

- K1 non si chiude bene o manca una fase
- La scheda base non legge l'ingresso
- Malfunzionamento del compressore
