[Installation](https://support.lainox.com/en/knowledge/puff#installation) # Puff - Preparations for the installation room - The environment where the oven will be installed must be well ventilated and fitted with all the openings prescribed for environments with gas installations, in compliance with national and local legislation. - Current IEC (International Electrotechnical Committee) regulations require the installation of a multiple pole switch between the oven and the electrical power supply; the switch must have a contact gap of at least 3 mm on each pole. - The oven necessarily needs a cold water supply, which must be equipped with a softener with suitable flow rate and pressure (see the technical data and chapter regarding the water connection).
