Neo24hours - How do you solve the error message A130?

A130 Low temperature alarm occurs during the storage phase and signals that the temperature has dropped below the set value.

This message necessarily requires the intervention of a technician.

Description

Low temperature alarm in the cell during the positive or negative storage phase; occurs when the cell temperature is lower than the value given by the storage temperature (see cycle parameters) + P05 for a time longer than P07 minutes, and the P06 delay time has expired since the cycle activation.

When the temperature in the room rises by P01 below the alarm threshold, the alarm automatically resets.

Reset

When the temperature in the room rises above the alarm threshold, the alarm automatically resets.

Checks

Perform following checks:

  • Check calibration probe cell B1 (PTC); eventually replace it
  • Verify that compressor stops as defined by P74
  • Check board, relay Q1 and contactor K1
