Neo24hours - How do you solve the error message A10?

A10 RTC Alarm warn that the device lost date and time (Real Time Clock).

As consequence the device is not able to register HACCP data, generating the message.

This message, if repeats, requires the intervention of an authorized technician; causes of the fault must be investigated as per prescriptions.

Description

When the date and time are not recognized or lost, the device is not able to perform proper registration of the HACCP data. A simple setting could solve the alarm.

Warning

If after the setting of date and time the problem reappear, a major problem occurred to the display PCB.

Reset

Set date and time from the Customer Setting menu.

Checks Perform following checks:

  • check that date and time are properly saved
  • keep the display/unit powered for 6-8 hours
