A91 Cabinet burner 1 anomaly warns of a lack of communication between the ignition panel and gas plug-in. As a consequence, the unit inhibits the operation of the burner.
This message requires the intervention of an authorized technician; the causes of the fault must be investigated as per the manufacturer's regulations.
Description
The ignition cycle is repeated up to 3 times and at the end of these 3 attempts the ignition panel must signal either failure to ignite or flame detection. If, within a predetermined time, the flame is not detected or the failed ignition signal is not detected, the error is generated.
Reset
The error is reset by pressing on the error message window
Check
Perform the following checks:
- Check the integrity of the EZ1 fuse.
- Check connections between ignition panel and control boards.
- Check the operation of the ignition panel.
- Check correct insertion of the gas Plug-In on the I/O PCB.
- Check whether it comes out of the burner chimney.
- hot air: the burner has turned on but the flame is not detected or the signal does not reach the plug-in.
- cold air: the burner has not ignited but the failed ignition signal is not sent.
