A62 Emptying level input alarm worn about a problem on emptying water level probe.
As consequence unit deactivate the boiler.
This message requires the intervention of an authorized technician; causes of the fault must be investigated as per prescriptions.
Description
Unit, during boiler flush, detect water on emptying electrode L1 when has not to be present (timeout after no detection on L2)
Message can be shown during boiler flush, boiler drainage, calout cycle and descaling.
Reset
The error will automatically reset with the first successfull boiler flush.
Checks
Perform following checks:
- Check proper electrodes connection:
- Emptying L1
- Minimum L2
- Max L3
- Check for no limescale on L1.
- Check for drain valve function and blocked drainage.
- Check boiler expansion card connections.
