A02 Cabinet safety alarm warn that cabinet safety thermostat switch.
As consequence C6 will open deactivating any function and generating the message.
This message requires the intervention of an authorized technician; causes of the fault must be investigated as per prescriptions.
Description
I/O PCB is powered on input 24 and 37 in case of missing power on them display will show this error.
Warning
Cabinet safety thermostat switch if temperature exceed 360°C/680°F.
It switch also in case of low temperature near/below 0°C/32°F
Reset
Open front panel and reactivate the thermal safety F2 pressing the reset button.
Checks
Perform following checks:
- Check current on power lines, must be about 0A.
- Check C6 contacts; must be open with C6 not powered; in case they stay closed change C6.
- Check C2 and C3 contacts or SSR must stay open when unit in OFF or standby mode; in case change the contactor.
- Check Verify that motor really spin properly.
